• Jute Bangla specializes in manufacturing eco-friendly jute products for local clients in Bangladesh.
• Product specifications, quantities, and designs must be confirmed before production.
• Custom orders may require a minimum quantity or lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as stated on quotations or invoices and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made through agreed methods (bank transfer, mobile banking, or other authorized options).
• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (full or partial, as agreed).

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Depending on production capacity and location, delivery schedules are given at the time of order confirmation.Despite our best efforts to guarantee prompt delivery, Jute Bangla is not liable for delays brought on by outside transportation providers.
• At the moment, we concentrate on domestic delivery in Bangladesh.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• As a custom and manufactured product provider, returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
• Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proper evidence (photos, order details).

    6. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise specified, all designs, logos, and branding produced by Jute Bangla belong to Jute Bangla.It is forbidden to distribute, reproduce, or copy our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Jute Bangla is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use or delays.
• We guarantee quality products but cannot be held liable for misuse or damage after delivery.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

• Clients will be notified of any major changes via our website or direct communication.
